Job summary

CORE Foodservice, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a Sales Support professional in Aurora, CO to grow CORE’s business with distributors and operators, manage the sales process in CRM, and meet targets. Responsibilities include developing distributor relationships, conducting field sales calls, presenting products, and maintaining detailed CRM profiles; travel and overnight stays required.

• In-person, on-premise sales calls required.
• Understanding and working knowledge of CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to use Teams and other selling tools.
• Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed.
• Strong sales aptitude and desire to WIN.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Punctual, meticulous, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Grow business with existing product mix in distribution and add new products.
• Identify underperforming products with distributor partners.
• Identify gaps for expansion, focus on new product launches.
• Track progress via distributor reviews and CRM.
• Maintain CORE relationship with distributor partner.
• Lead merchandising, purchasing, and sales/marketing efforts.
• Maintain detailed CRM profiles and real-time activity reporting.
• Coordinate with CORE sales team on opportunities.
• Conduct field sales calls to support opportunities not assigned.
• Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio (min 15) with regular outreach.
• Make a minimum of 8 sales calls per week; present to at least 3 clients per call.
• Prepare materials and tools for professional presentations.
• Support management with sales meetings, shows, and district events.
