Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and planograms. The role includes troubleshooting, project leadership for multi-rep teams, and potential 120-mile travel with paid drive time.

You’ll handle ad hoc maintenance, in-store updates, and prescription drug collection duties, with hours varying by business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays and troubleshooting display issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 120 miles and overnight when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, endcaps, and cabling, including monitors/media players and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and repair display issues to keep displays functional and maintained.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with possible market travel up to 120 miles.
• Complete maintenance within 48–72 hours and troubleshoot independently with provided parts.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Work a minimum of 32 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m., with occasional weekends.
• Report status of store visits and maintain pricing/signage; perform admin tasks within 24 hours of program launch.
• Prescription drug collection duties involve handling take-back containers with pharmacist/store leadership interaction.
