Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install, maintain, and repair retail displays and fixtures. The role includes planogram resets, troubleshooting, and supporting the prescription drug collection program.

You will be a full-time employee with variable weekly hours, travel up to 120 miles, and paid training. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, vacation, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching after 12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience with installing displays and fixtures, wiring and cabling basics.
• Strong communication skills and detail orientation.
• Ability to travel within market area and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with wiring and monitors.
• Troubleshoot display issues to keep systems fully functional.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects and travel up to 120 miles.
• Perform ad hoc maintenance, planogram resets, pricing, and signage updates.
• Travel up to 120 miles with drive time and mileage compensation.
• Occasionally travel overnight and work 32–50+ hours weekly.
