Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and service in-store displays, fixtures, and endcaps across multiple stores. You will troubleshoot issues, manage project teams, and travel as needed to ensure timely planogram resets and pricing updates.

The role offers paid training, a dedicated field manager, and opportunities for overtime or longer hours based on store needs. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays/fixturing; monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience troubleshooting display issues and basic electronics.
• Willingness to travel up to 120 miles; valid driver and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install/build displays, fixturing, endcaps with security wiring and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot display issues to keep displays fully functional.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects; travel up to 120 miles.
• Complete ad hoc maintenance: store service within 48–72 hours; repair issues independently.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel as needed.
• Minimum 32 hours per week; 8:00 start; Mon–Fri with some weekend assignments.
• Report status of visits; perform merchandising tasks: planogram resets, pricing/signage.
• Attend weekly calls; complete admin tasks within 24 hours after program launch.
• Take on other tasks as requested by management.
