Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Retail Merchandising Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps, including planogram resets. You will troubleshoot issues, lead project teams, and occasionally travel up to 120 miles, with paid drive time and mileage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience in troubleshooting and fixing display issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues to keep displays fully functional.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects and travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements with 48–72 hour store service targets; troubleshoot independently.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
• Occasionally travel overnight.
• Minimum 32 hours per week, with potential 40–50+ hours; typical schedule Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. start, with some weekend assignments.
• Report status of each store visit and complete admin tasks within 24 hours of activity.
• Perform merchandising tasks: planogram resets, POP updates, pricing and signage.
