Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain in-store displays, fixtures, and planograms, while troubleshooting issues and supporting the drug collection program. This full-time role requires travel up to 120 miles and a flexible schedule, with hours that vary by need.

You will lead project teams, complete merchandising tasks, and attend weekly calls. Training is provided, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays and fixing display issues.
• Experience using tools to maintain displays.
• Experience troubleshooting and fixing display issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with security, cabling, wiring, monitors, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to ensure full functionality.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements within 48-72 hours.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage.
• Occasionally travel overnight.
• Minimum 32 hours per week with potential for 40–50+ hours.
• Report status of store visits and maintain pricing/signage.
• Complete admin tasks within 24 hours of program launch.
• Other tasks as requested by management.
• Prescription Drug Collection duties with pharmacist/store leadership only.
