Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and planograms, with travel up to 120 miles. You will lead project teams on multi-rep assignments and support prescription drug collection initiatives alongside store leadership.

The role is full-time with variable hours, paid training, and a competitive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision and 401(k). A high school diploma and toolkit proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools to maintain displays.
• Troubleshooting and fixing display issues (lights, buttons, demos).

Responsibilities

• Install and build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with cabling, monitors, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve display issues to ensure full functionality.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with possible market travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements and report status within 24 hours of visits.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; occasional overnight travel.
• Work minimum 32 hours per week with potential 40–50+ hours; standard schedule Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.; some weekends.
