Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps across stores. This full-time role involves trouble-shooting, planogram resets, and interaction with store leadership to ensure displays meet requirements.

You may travel up to 120 miles per project, with paid drive time and mileage. Hours vary by business needs, with a baseline of 32 hours weekly and potential for 40–50+ hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience in troubleshooting and fixing display issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or build displays, fixturing, and endcaps, including security, cabling, and monitors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep displays functional.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects and travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance: store service within 48-72 hours; troubleshoot independently.
