Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays and fixtures, perform planogram resets, and support the prescription drug collection program. This full-time role offers scheduled hours with potential for 40+ hours during busy periods and travel to multiple store locations.

You will troubleshoot displays, lead project teams, and report progress. Strong communication, reliability, and a basic toolkit are required for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixtures, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience troubleshooting and fixing display issues.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or build displays, fixturing, and endcaps, including setup of security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure displays are fully functional and maintained.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects, possibly traveling up to 120 miles.
• Complete ad hoc maintenance and planogram resets; report progress and status to management.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Work a minimum of 32 hours per week with potential 40–50+ hours; schedule typically Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.; some weekend work.
