Astound is a leading provider of internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV services. We look for team members who can monitor technician routes, maintain clear communications with field staff, and complete pre- and post-install tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

We offer a robust benefits package and a base hourly rate of $16.00–$25.00, with opportunities for bonuses. This position is a regular full-time on-site role, designed to support customers and communities across Oregon and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 years of experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage technician routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technicians.
• Complete pre-calls to customers.
• Conduct post-installation surveys.
• Verify integrity of ICOMS accounts against work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
