Responsibilities

• Monitor daily schedules and adjust appointments as needed to accommodate changing priorities.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues appropriately when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records, service requests, and documentation within company systems.
• Process work orders, update job statuses, and ensure information is entered accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and outstanding requests.
• Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed.
