Aquent is partnering with a leading energy company to optimize field operations and ensure reliable service delivery. This role focuses on coordinating field personnel, managing work orders, and ensuring timely communication between customers and technicians.

Ideal candidates bring experience with SAP or mobile data dispatching systems and are comfortable with a Monday–Friday 2pm–10pm CT schedule, including rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience with SAP or a mobile data dispatching system.
• One year of experience in or supporting essential service operations, OR at least one year of equivalent dispatching experience.
• Ability to work a schedule of Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm CT (1400-2200), with rotating weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, dispatch, and balance work orders efficiently for field personnel, optimizing daily schedules.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, facilitating clear communication between customer service and field teams.
• Answer incoming calls and perform proactive call-ahead requests for field technicians to enhance route efficiency.
• Receive and dispatch non-emergency work orders and provide crucial support during emergency responses.
• Utilize mobile data and dispatching solutions to manage and deploy orders.
• Oversee, route, and document work orders for service technicians, reviewing backlog to maintain flow.
• Coordinate daily operational requirements between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts between parties to achieve optimal service levels.
• Act as liaison between company, customers, and external agencies during emergencies.
