Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a diligent scheduling administrator to serve as the primary interface with field technicians and monitor real-time service call status. You will maintain an accurate scheduling system, ensure calls are dispatched correctly, and provide customers with updates and ETA for arrivals.

You will review open jobs, process payroll entries by 9am daily, and close maintenance work orders when criteria are met. Strong multitasking and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years data entry and call center experience.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; able to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work orders and dispatch technicians accordingly.
• Maintain scheduling system and provide customers with ETA updates.
• Review open jobs and payroll entries; ensure payroll is posted by 9am daily.
• Close maintenance work orders and update service call information in IFS.
• Input and retrieve data across multiple systems; maintain accurate records.
