Job summary

Ormco seeks a Digital Solutions Specialist to accelerate adoption of its digital orthodontic portfolio through field-based customer implementation and training. You will partner with Doctors and practice teams, field representatives, and internal teams to move customers from commitment to active use, ensuring readiness and successful adoption.

You will deliver product and workflow training, support initial case submissions, and help resolve early adoption barriers, serving as a trusted resource

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of three years in orthodontics, dentistry, medical devices, or customer implementation.
• Experience training clinicians and practice teams in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product and workflow information.
• Capable of managing multiple implementations concurrently.
• Willingness to travel frequently across geography.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth field-based training and implementation support for Ormco's digital portfolio.
• Train orthodontists, general practitioners, and clinical staff on products and workflows.
• Translate complex information into clear, repeatable practice workflows.
• Adapt training to customer experience level and environment.
• Provide virtual follow-up training and reinforcement when appropriate.
• Develop and improve implementation guides, checklists, and customer tools.
• Guide customers through initial product setup and readiness for first use.
• Coordinate handoffs to Clinical Success or ongoing support.
