Job summary

Ormco is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to drive adoption of its digital orthodontic products through field-based training and implementation support in the Tampa region. You will partner with doctors and practice teams, translate complex workflows into practical steps, and tailor delivery to each customer’s experience level.

The role focuses on readiness, training, and early adoption, ensuring practices are confident and consistent in using Ormco solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in orthodontics, dentistry, medical devices, clinical training, customer implementation, or a related field.
• Experience training, coaching, or supporting clinicians and practice teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout an assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the commercial team to receive qualified customer handoffs after commitment to implement.
• Conduct structured practice-readiness assessments to understand current workflows and barriers.
• Develop implementation plans with milestones, responsibilities and success measures.
• Deliver field-based training and onboarding for Ormco's digital orthodontic portfolio.
• Provide hands-on coaching during early implementation to boost confidence and adoption.
• Coordinate handoffs to Clinical Success or ongoing support after activation.
