Job summary

Xerox Corporation is seeking a Delivery Account Operations Associate IV to support customer locations across Kentucky. This field-based role involves hands-on device deployment, inventory management, and customer service, with travel using a company vehicle.

The position emphasizes independent work, strong organizational skills, and collaboration with Sales, Delivery, IT, and support teams to ensure successful device installations and ongoing service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Experience coordinating logistics or device-related activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure devices onsite at customer locations.
• Manage consumable inventory, orders, and loaner devices.
• Provide end-user training and coordinate installations with internal teams.
• Deliver, pick up, relocate, and support Xerox devices and equipment at sites.
• Create files, tickets, and maintain accurate records of activities.
