Job summary

Axiom Technologies seeks an on-site IT Support Technician to deliver front-line desktop support within our client environments. You will troubleshoot Windows XP/7/8.1/10, MS Office, printers, and basic networks, and travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant IT experience required.
• Ready to travel 60–700 miles as per requirement.
• Have tools and cables listed (LAN/console cables, toolkit).

Responsibilities

• Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS and MS Office.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls per policies.
• Maintain asset/inventory control and prompt turnaround of parts.
• Provide timely status updates and follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain ticket updates for reported incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues; after-hours support may be required.
• Be flexible with rostering and IT project variety.
