The Evolvers Group is seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT support for DPS facilities in the Dallas area. You will serve as the primary technical resource for DPS Headquarters, Fire Stations, and other airport locations, handling imaging, deployments, and on-site troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates bring experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise ticketing systems, plus strong communication and organizational skills for

Qualifications

• Hands-on desktop support experience in corporate, government, or enterprise settings.
• Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 apps.
• Diagnosing hardware, software, OS, and basic network issues.
• Experience with Active Directory and enterprise IT ticketing systems.
• Imaging, device provisioning, and hardware refreshes.
• Onsite support across multiple locations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM/MECM or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite desktop and technical support for DPS personnel at headquarters and facilities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based computers and apps.
• Support rugged devices like Panasonic Toughbooks and perform hardware replacements.
• Assist with imaging, device setup, software installation, and deployments.
• Document troubleshooting steps and manage service tickets.
• Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Track equipment and maintain inventory records.
