You will handle MACD actions, onsite troubleshooting, and coordinate with HQ to keep operations running smoothly. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work onsite.

U.S. citizenship and background check are required.

Qualifications

High School diploma required; 4 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in troubleshooting end-user devices and on-site IT support.
Familiarity with IT asset management.

Responsibilities

Directing teams to deliver comprehensive end-user support through MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) actions.
