Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years relevant IT experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Clearance: United States Marshal Service background check required.
• On-site IT support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-user support through MACD actions at field offices.
• Proactive environment assessments and rapid break/fix services to ensure mission continuity.
• On-site troubleshooting and restoration of devices; coordinate with HQ and stakeholders.
• Ensure reliability and efficiency across diverse IT environments and sites.
