Job summary

Evergreen Deployment Technician position focused on hardware refreshes and imaging at end-user desks. Responsibilities include imaging with SCCM, coordinating replacements through ServiceNow, reclaiming old devices, and maintaining inventory in HAM Pro. Travel to county buildings may be required.

Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro is a plus; professional appearance and strong customer service are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow and HAM Pro is a plus.
• Ability to handle and transport computer hardware up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail in inventory updates.

Responsibilities

• Transport and store computer inventory following documented procedures (up to 50 lbs).
• Image computers with Windows 11 using SCCM.
• Schedule computer replacements with end users via ServiceNow.
• Complete computer refreshes and reclaim old computers.
• Document inventory updates in HAM Pro within ServiceNow.
