Job summary

Chandra Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Evergreen Deployment Technician to perform onsite hardware refreshes (computers and peripherals) across county buildings in the Charlotte area.

You will handle imaging with Windows 11 via SCCM, coordinate replacements with end users, and keep inventory up to date in HAM Pro and ServiceNow. Travel to multiple county sites is required, and a professional appearance with excellent customer service is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale deployments (1000/year or similar).
• Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 using SCCM.
• Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow.
• Experience with computer refreshes, reclaiming and updating HAM Pro inventory.

Responsibilities

• Transport and store computer inventory following documented procedures.
• Imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM.
• Schedule computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow.
• Reclaim and transport old computers, and document inventory updates within HAM Pro.
