- 7+ years of relevant experience in biopharma or healthcare consulting.
- Minimum of 4 years in incentive compensation design and administration.
- Experience in sales planning and analytics with hands-on IC design.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales force operations analysis for field effectiveness.
- Design, implement, and manage incentive compensation plans.
- Provide analytical support to Sales leadership for decision-making.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend operational adjustments.
