Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company seeks a skilled implementation professional to lead in-field deployments of Vision technology, from planning through go-live. You will coordinate site readiness, install activities, and customer scheduling to ensure safe, efficient field execution and minimal disruptions.

You will also deliver role-based training, drive early adoption, and manage post-go-live support, while capturing feedback to help improve product and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in engineering, development, or technical sales.
• Demonstrated project/implementation management experience in customer-facing environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills; able to lead trainings for diverse groups.
• Technical aptitude with RFID, GPS, barcode, and mobile/web applications; comfortable with databases.

Responsibilities

• Execute successful customer deployments of Vision technology solutions, owning in-field delivery of implementation plans and go-lives.
• Coordinate site readiness, installation activities, and customer scheduling to minimize disruption and ensure safety.
• Deliver role-based training and enablement to drive early adoption and post-go-live stabilization.
• Capture customer feedback and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Create and maintain implementation tools and documentation to improve repeatability and quality.
