Job summary

Base Power Company is seeking a data-driven Deployment Quality Lead to own and optimize the quality of installations. You’ll lead the Deployment Quality team, partner with field operations and partners, and own training implementation from end to end.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years of engineering experience in relevant fields with leadership aspiration.
• Systematic thinker who analyzes workflows and builds controls to solve root causes.
• Ability to leverage data analytics and dashboards to track trends and decisions.
• High ownership, mentoring ability, and accountability with external vendors.
• Translate engineering/process requirements into actionable training modules.
• Structured approach to root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, Lean).
• Strong cross-functional communication to align engineering and field ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale the Deployment Quality team and ensure post-install closeout reviews.
• Build real-time quality dashboards to monitor defect trends, SLAs, and rework rates.
• Develop cross-functional training materials and standardized operating procedures.
• Own delivery and rollout of training programs for in-house crews and contractors.
• Maintain field visibility via remote audits, RCA, and collaboration with supervisors.
• Identify failure modes and drive continuous process improvements to speed up closeouts.
• Own SOPs, closeout requirements, scorecards, and QA/QC frameworks.
