Job summary

TurbineOne is seeking a Lead Field Engineer who will drive field integrations for our Frontline Perception System. This role requires serving as a technical lead, shaping deployment, scale, and support strategies in operational environments.

You will build tooling and workflows, ensuring repeatable, reliable deployments across customer sites and remote work setups. Travel is frequent and a home-office model is supported.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for field integration, standardizing FPS deployment and support.
• Design and improve field tooling, scripts, and integration workflows.
• Identify gaps and implement scalable solutions for reliability and speed.
• Partner with engineering, product, and customer success to translate field needs.
• Develop documentation, deployment guides, and integration playbooks.
• Provide hands-on support during deployments and resolve complex issues.
