Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to educate and train dealer partners, acquire new contacts, and manage sales activities across an assigned market. This field role emphasizes consultative sales, program knowledge, and nurturing dealer relationships.

You will travel in the local market, expand the dealer base, and drive funding through effective communication and product knowledge. The position offers a strong incentive package and potential six-figure earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales is required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products to management.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts assigned.
• Follow-up on leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and grow dealer partners within the network.
• Train dealer partners on current programs and funding requirements.
• Assist with sales contracts and verify required documentation.
• Stay updated on sales materials and financial product knowledge.
• Participate in marketing events for dealers.
