Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to train and grow dealer partnerships across the United States. This field role involves educating current partners and sourcing new contacts, managing accounts, and ensuring timely funding.

You will travel in local markets, build relationships, and drive sales with a consultative approach. Full-time with benefits and strong earning potential including six‑figure incomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (required).
• 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Presentation skills from creation to delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Goal oriented with desire for improvement and advancement.
• Able to communicate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, Routeone or CUDL beneficial.
• Previous outside sales experience preferred.
• Significant local travel; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products to management in dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects within assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships within independents and franchises.
• Communicate via phone and in-person visits to train on programs and funding.
• Provide solutions and restructure vehicle loans for profitability.
• Assist with sales contracts by guiding dealer verification.
• Maintain and update sales materials and product knowledge.
• Participate in marketing events and seminars for dealers.
