Job summary

Westlake Financial in Los Angeles is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to help dealer partners sell more cars by financing more customers. You will educate and train dealer partners, acquire new sources, manage sales activities, and ensure service quality.

This field-based role requires travel within the local market; it offers a performance-based compensation plan with six-figure earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Automotive, Finance and Sales experience required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to train dealer partners and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products to dealers.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and grow current and potential dealer partners.
• Communicate via phone and in-person visits to train on programs.
• Provide solutions and restructure loans for profitable deals.
• Assist with sales contracts and dealer verification.
• Stay updated on current financial product knowledge.
• Participate in marketing events for dealers.
