ABI Document Support Services, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Field Support Specialist who will serve as the data backbone of our field operations, ensuring orders and updates are accurately tracked and executed.

You will master proprietary databases like WinCopy, ABI Pro, Odyssey, and SolCom, and coordinate with field reps and internal teams to keep work moving smoothly while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Comfort navigating multiple database systems and Excel-based logs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality for payroll and sensitive records.
• Prior data/field operations exposure is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Log statuses into ABI systems for all field orders.
• Update and maintain daily Excel spreadsheets for orders.
• Process field cancels and settlements from routes.
• Track field numbers and input into tracking sheets.
• Route and status deliveries and new work orders daily.
• Distribute records and X-ray films to departments; escalate errors.
• Conduct specialized research to support clients and timelines.
• Coach and mentor Level III staff; assist team leads as needed.
