Job summary

Direct Supply, Inc. is seeking a Data Operations Coordinator to support data accuracy and customer satisfaction by handling supplier and provider requests, maintaining product and customer data, and delivering Level 2 data/production support.

You will investigate issues, identify root causes, and partner with technical teams to improve processes and tools across operations. The role emphasizes data quality, problem solving, and collaboration with engineering and business partners to ensure

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with a technical background or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of SQL experience, including writing, maintaining, updating, and running queries.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, including responding to requests through email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Experience with ticketing software such as Zendesk.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Respond to supplier and provider requests through phone, email, ticketing systems, and other electronic channels, providing Level 2 data support.
• Input, audit, maintain, and update product and customer information using in-house tools and SQL.
• Investigate data discrepancies, production errors, and system or process issues; identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues and validate solutions.
• Monitor data feeds to confirm data is accepted in the DSSI system and investigate rejections.
• Complete projects and tasks assigned by the Manager of Operations.
