The M Chest Pharmacy Customer Success Representative is a multi-faceted role with responsibilities ranging from relationship building to project management with problem solving. If you are independent, proactive and mobile, you will help deliver high quality healthcare to long term care facilities in Central Texas.

You will connect pharmacy care to nursing facility staff, manage multiple sites, and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service and Account Management.
• Willingness to travel across Central Texas.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician certification is a plus; willingness to become Pharmacy Technician Trainee.
• Independent, proactive problem solver with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Connect pharmacy care to the needs of skilled nursing facility staff and residents.
• Use discovery and listening skills as liaison to staff and leadership.
• Cover assigned territory with multiple sites to serve.
• Travel throughout the Central Texas territory; a company vehicle is provided.
• Prioritize quality, accuracy, and urgency to deliver solutions.
