Job summary

The M Chest Pharmacy Customer Success Representative is a multi-faceted role with responsibilities ranging from relationship building to project management with problem solving. If you are independent, proactive and mobile, you will help deliver high quality healthcare to long term care facilities in Central Texas.

You will connect pharmacy care to nursing facility staff, manage multiple sites, and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service and Account Management.
• Willingness to travel across Central Texas.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician certification is a plus; willingness to become Pharmacy Technician Trainee.
• Independent, proactive problem solver with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Connect pharmacy care to the needs of skilled nursing facility staff and residents.

The M Chest Pharmacy Customer Success Representative is a multi-faceted role with a variety of responsibilities ranging from relationship building to project management with a heavy dose of problem solving. 8-hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

• $42,000 Annually

Territory / Service Area:

This position supports customers throughout the Central Texas territory. Primary service areas currently include Midlothian, Red Oak, Waxahachie, Cleburne, Ennis, Waco, Stephenville, Brownwood, Cameron, Bryan, College Station, and Bartlett.

As customer needs evolve, service locations may be added, removed, or adjusted within the territory. The ideal candidate is flexible and comfortable traveling throughout the assigned region to support both existing and new customer locations. A company vehicle is provided for all business-related travel.

• Use strong discovery, listening, and intuitive skills in your role as a liaison to staff and leadership of our customers.
• Cover assigned territory with multiple sites to serve.
• Seeing windshield time as thinking and planning time is definitely an asset.
• Quality, accuracy, and urgency are essential drivers. Satisfaction from creating a solution, leading a successful project implementation, and finding new ways to strengthen a customer relationship are prime motivators and rewards for you.

**Registered Pharmacy Technician certification is a plus; willingness to become a Pharmacy Technician Trainee is required.
