EGP Document Solutions is seeking a mechanically inclined Copier Service Technician to join our field service team. You will provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and repairs for a variety of multi-function printers (MFPs), scanners, and office equipment while ensuring our clients' business operations run smoothly with timely solutions and excellent customer service.

• Mechanical aptitude for servicing printers and copiers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose printing vs network issues.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving based on customer descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Service printers/copiers with minimal assistance.
• Triage and troubleshoot printing issues and identify printer vs. network problems.
• Install scanning and equipment in peer-to-peer environments.
• Maintain inventory per company specifications.
• Ensure your car, tool kit, and supplies are organized and ready.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Provide sales support by advising on problems or potential leads.
• Maximize equipment uptime with timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
