Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain office technology equipment, including copiers and printers. You will install, test, and configure devices at customer sites, provide strong customer support, and keep accurate service records.

The role emphasizes mechanical troubleshooting, independent work with a supportive team, and ongoing training to stay current with manufacturer procedures and new equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing office technology equipment is preferred.
• Manufacturer experience with Konica Minolta, HP, Sharp, or Canon is valued.
• Training possible for candidates with transferable mechanical/technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment (copiers, printers, multifunction devices).
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support during onsite visits.
• Maintain service records and communicate repair updates clearly.
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule effectively.
• Work independently while collaborating with the service team.
