Job summary

FlexTG is seeking an Experienced Copier/Printer Service Technician to maintain and repair office equipment across a designated territory. The role requires technical expertise, time management, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, installing equipment, and performing preventative maintenance while traveling daily to customer locations. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Basic networking knowledge (print drivers, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair copiers and printers with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
• Install and configure equipment, including scanning in peer-to-peer environments.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize device uptime.
• Manage parts inventory and supplies according to company standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support sales teams by identifying potential upgrade or replacement opportunities.
• Ensure a professional appearance and excellent customer experience at all times.
