Entergy is seeking a Field Coordinator I–Sr to support safety, quality, and compliance standards for capital projects within the Power Delivery and Capital Projects BUs. You will oversee field construction activities, coordinate material management, and lead contractor resources to ensure safe, timely completion.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with responsibility for scheduling, safety, and adherence to company procedures across distribution,

Qualificações

• Interpersonal and group communication skills.
• Strong planning/organization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Construction and Maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in managing/executing capital projects.
• Working knowledge of transmission and substation construction and standards, safety procedures & policies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with little direction.

Responsabilidades

• Identify safety hazards and mitigate hazards on projects; assist with development of project scopes and estimates.
• Coordinate material staging and deliveries; track progress against schedule and budget.
• Lead field observations and QA/QC; ensure as-builts are completed.
• Oversee safety and performance of contractors and company personnel.
• Support emergency and storm restoration activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Entergy policies and project plans.
