Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a CHVAC_AM_Controls Installation Technician to install and service building automation systems at customer sites. You will interpret control drawings, prepare job sites, and coordinate with trades while maintaining documentation and inventory.

Regular travel with occasional overnight stays is expected. The role requires a high school diploma, 2–5 years HVAC/Controls experience, and knowledge of low voltage electronics and Direct Digital Controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years HVAC/Controls experience.
• Technical school or formal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install building automation systems using control drawings, plans and specs.
• Prepare for on-site installation by reviewing layout, materials, and coordinating with other trades.
• Maintain stock, equipment, and documentation for each job.
