Job summary

Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group seeks a Construction Program Training Manager to design, implement, and oversee training for field operations and construction teams.

You will partner with field leadership, operations, safety, and HR to identify training needs, build practical learning programs, and establish standards across site projects. The role blends hands-on field engagement with program development to elevate performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, field operations, or training.
• Ability to translate complex information into practical training.
• Willingness to spend meaningful time in field/project environments.
• Experience developing, coordinating, or delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage construction and field training programs.
• Identify knowledge gaps with field leadership and create solutions.
• Create practical, field-focused training applicable to daily activities.
• Support onboarding and development for new field personnel and leads.
• Build a comprehensive training curriculum aligned with operations.
