The role requires an individual who is comfortable engaging directly with field personnel, observing construction operations, and adapting training approaches to meet the realities of active project environments.

Why This Role Matters

Training impacts nearly every part of the organization, but construction requires a specialized approach. The Construction Program Training Manager will bring dedicated expertise to the intersection of construction operations, employee development, and organizational training.

This role provides an opportunity to build a more intentional field development strategy while helping employees gain the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to succeed throughout their careers.
