Job summary

Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee daily operations at soil stabilization job sites, managing crews, equipment, and materials to complete projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will report to the Project Manager and coordinate with QC staff, logistics, and field lab teams, enforcing safety standards, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; coursework in construction or civil engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of field supervisory experience in construction or soil stabilization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety knowledge (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews, operators, teamsters, and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Manage daily work schedules, equipment assignments, and material usage.
• Monitor quality and compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and logistics for timely delivery and progress updates.
• Mentor crew members on safety and best practices.
