Job summary

Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee daily operations at job sites, leading crews, equipment, and materials to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and QC teams to maintain technical accuracy and high quality. The role requires 5+ years of field supervisory experience in construction or soil stabilization, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of field supervisory experience in construction or soil stabilization.
• Knowledge of soil stabilization equipment, materials, and field processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and technical documents.
• Understanding of OSHA and construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews, operators, teamsters, and subcontractors on soil stabilization projects.
• Manage daily work schedules, equipment assignments, and material usage.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with engineering specs, plans, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide on-site guidance to crews.
