Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction and field training.
• Ability to translate complex construction concepts into practical instruction.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction training programs based on business needs and field team skill levels.
• Travel to company locations to provide hands-on training, coaching, and development.
• Create onboarding and skills-development programs for field team members and new hires.
• Coach one-on-one with team members to close skill gaps and build training plans.
• Deliver training in diverse formats: classroom, large groups, small groups, coaching, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Partner with field leaders to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Create training materials, presentations, job aids, videos, checklists to facilitate field learning.
• Explain why tasks matter for safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Build relationships with schools and technical programs to create a talent pipeline.
