Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a field operations professional for a Phoenix, AZ project site. You will coordinate site activities, manage daily reports, ensure quality, and supervise subcontractors to maintain project standards.

Responsibilities include schedule adherence, preparing progress and quality reports, maintaining records, and supporting the Project Construction Manager. 100% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 9 years of construction or field operations experience
• Associate degree plus 6 years of construction or field operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience; degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communications.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
