Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced construction field supervisor to join our project site team in Phoenix, Arizona. You will coordinate site operations, manage schedules, monitor safety, and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include daily and quality reporting, overseeing subcontractors, maintaining records, and assisting the Project Construction Manager. Travel is 100% to project sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling and daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Maintain on-site records and ensure use of latest design drawing revisions.
• Assist Project Construction Manager with monthly progress reports and contract extras.
• Communicate professionally with project management and clients to resolve issues.
