Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a skilled site supervisor to coordinate field operations on a Phoenix, Arizona project. You will align daily activities with drawings, schedules, and safety requirements to keep the project on track.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, documenting progress, and preparing reports while maintaining quality and adherence to contract documents. Travel is 100% on this project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality and alignment with drawings and specs.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Maintain on-site records and ensure latest design drawings are used for construction.
• Assist Project Construction Manager and may be responsible for key trade/subcontractor support.

Education
