Job summary

Leopardo is seeking a Superintendent I to oversee day-to-day field operations on travel projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage quality plans, and ensure safety and schedule adherence.

This role emphasizes client and team collaboration across project phases. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of supervisory construction experience, plus proficiency with PlanGrid and other tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Understanding of scheduling, cost control, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily subcontractor, foremen, and self-perform activities.
• Initiate a project quality plan and monitor work quality.
• Verify field conditions via daily jobsite walkthroughs and safety talks.
• Monitor master schedule, create two-week look ahead, track critical dates.
• Coordinate pre-construction, weekly, and post-construction meetings.
• Review construction documents and maintain on-site plans.
• Generate pre-punch and punch lists and assign responsibilities.
• Build relationships with clients/owners, architects, developers, and subs.
• Promote Leopardo through presenting new projects.
• Assist in recruiting and training efforts.
