Job summary

Leopardo, a national ENR top 400 GC, is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for one large project or multiple mid-sized projects. You will direct day-to-day field activities, coordinate self-perform work and manage subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality to meet schedule and budget goals.

The role requires managing master schedules, fostering client relationships, and mentoring junior field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; or equivalent training and related experience.
• Minimum of ten years' supervisory experience in progressively responsible roles with extensive experience in building construction trades; minimum 15 years of construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site effort to ensure project is constructed on time, within budget and to safety/quality standards.
• Coordinate daily subcontractor activities and monitor subcontracts and insurance.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, including a three-week look-ahead and habitually communicate updates.
• Establish and enforce project safety and quality plans; lead safety audits and daily logs.
• Review construction documents for constructability and coordinate trades to ensure conformity.
