Job summary

Leopardo is seeking a Superintendent II to lead field operations in the Greater Cleveland Area. You will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities on medium-sized projects and contribute to larger teams, ensuring quality and safety at every step.

You have 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction, with strong knowledge of scheduling software and reading blueprints. A relevant degree is preferred, and the role includes a base salary range and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of supervisory experience as a construction Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily subcontractor, foremen, and self-perform activities.
• Monitor master schedule, issue two-week look-ahead plans, and track critical dates.
• Promote quality control and safety plans on site and review drawings in PlanGrid.
• Lead pre-construction, weekly, and post-construction meetings.
