Job summary

Leopardo is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for large-scale projects. You will direct day-to-day activities, manage safety, quality, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors while driving project cost control and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of construction experience with strong leadership and a deep understanding of blueprints, scheduling software, and risk management. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; or equivalent training/related experience.
• Minimum of 15 years construction experience with supervisory roles.
• Deep understanding of divisions of work, scheduling and cost control; knowledge of the market.
• Proven track record on large and/or complex projects.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management for project(s).
• Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform trades; monitor budget vs. actual costs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; forecast manpower and critical dates.
• Implement project safety plans; conduct daily site walks and logs.
